An Intimate Day to Remember

Our month-long Valentine concert series was capped off with a superb show last Saturday. As usual, we brought in only the best artists for our house guests! The night opened with a great performance from RJ Jimenez who sang R&B songs as well as his original hits, followed by an outstanding acoustic set by Rox Puno, who became an instant crowd favorite when he started singing famous OPM songs including his dad Rico J Puno’s smash hits.

Love as Strong as Silver

Husband and wife Abet and Pinky Antonio are still very much in love with each other after 25 years of marriage. They renewed their wedding vows on the island with their families and friends. The multi-day affair kicked off on Valentine’s Day with a pool party at the Balesin Spa and a romantic Valentine’s dinner at Toscana. The next day began with a rise-and-shine pajama party at St. Tropez, followed by cocktails at the Aviary, and then the main event—the renewal of vows ceremony at the Balesin Chapel, and capped off with a celebration at The Balesin Royal Villa. It was definitely a milestone to celebrate in the Antonio family.

Post-Valentine Concert

Last Saturday, singer-actress-host Rachel Alejandro wowed the crowd at her post-Valentine concert with her dance moves and energetic performance. Everyone enjoyed the show, including kids who sang and danced with her on stage! Towards the end of her show, she was surprised with a cake and a bottle of wine by our Island CEO Mike Asperin as it was her birthday.
