Costa Smeralda
When Jacques Couelle, member of the Costa Smeralda Consortium and one of the most celebrated architects of the sixties, built the hotel Cala di Volpe in the most beautiful bay of the whole coastal area, he created a new architectonic style which was then dubbed the “neo Sardininan” style. To this day, all the projects and structures that are built on the coast are designed in such a way that all developments blend and enhance the natural scenery and not mar it in any way. This continuous harmony between sea, sand and sky will be duplicated in Costa Smeralda Village of Balesin Island Club, with 40 destination suites and an Italian cafe designed in the style made famous by the Aga Khan in Porto Cervo, Sardinia.
