Wildlife
Balesin island is a living, breathing pocket of paradise in Southeast Asia with a topography including beaches, forests, cliffs, lakes, ponds, organic farms and a nearby submerged island covered in coral reefs which is preserved for diving and sustainable fishing. In and around the island, the ecosystem is home to a diverse collection of marine and tropical life. It includes, among others:

Look up at the island’s trees to spot the many exotic birds that migrate in the thousands and roost within our bird sanctuaries. Colors seem to magically move around you, as Balesin is also a butterfly sanctuary.
